Lift-bags are useful in controlling the descents of heavy tools being lowered, and for moving equipment or debris too heavy to manhandle to different locations. This course will train the student in the safety, planning, and practical applications of using lift-bags in shallow water (20m) and the methods relevant to coastal marine surveying.
