This course improves the divers buoyancy control by implementing breathing control, weight distribution and load handling exercises with an underwater obstacle course. This course was designed to evaluate and enhance a divers buoyancy control capabilities and is a pre-requisite for qualified divers starting any RED SEA RESEARCH diver program.
