At Red Sea Research we have a variety of accommodations available at reasonable prices. These listed below are just a selection. We also have dormitories, camp style rooms with communal facilities, self catering apartments and luxury hotels for you to choose from. Single rooms will require supplement. Dahab Divers Lodge: This is a privately owned complex built in the traditional Bedouin style. The English speaking staff, are friendly and always willing to help. Dahab divers Lodge is only 10 minutes stroll from the Red Sea Research centre and just 50m from the beach. This 2 storey complex is close to all amenities to be convenient and far enough away to be peaceful, with internet access, local and European cuisine and a friendly Bedouin atmosphere. Our students will be housed 2 to a room with en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and laundry facilities. This type of accommodation is classed as standard.

Alaska Camp and Hotel: This newly refurbished resort has all the amenities of a five star hotel at reasonable prices and only 20m from the sea. The cuisine is excellent and the rooms are double or single, with en-suite bathroom and Fan or A/C. The hotel has internet access and satellite TV. Because of their friendly atmosphere and excellent service, the Alaska Camp and Hotel has been a favourite with frequent travellers to Dahab for many years. The premises are situated on the main sea front, 5 minutes walk from the Red Sea Research centre. This accommodation is classed as 3 star.

Blue Beach Hotel: This is private hotel which has developed a reputation over the years for providing a warm and friendly atmosphere where guests can relax and unwind. There is a shaded seating area in the garden, and a swimming pool overlooking the Gulf of Aqaba, there are also sun beds on the beach. The hotel also provides a massage parlour, horse riding and yoga facilities, internet and satellite TV. Blue beach is situated within walking distance of all amenities and 10 minute walk from the Red Sea Research centre. This accommodation is classed as 4 star.
